Cecilia Elena Rouse is the Lawrence and Shirley Katzman and Lewis and Anna Ernst Professor in the Economics of Education at Princeton University and is currently serving as chair of the Council of Economic Advisers in the Biden Administration. She previously served as the Dean of the School of Public and International Affairs and was the founding director of the Princeton University Education Research Section.
