Laura M. Desimone is L. Sandra and Bruce L. Hammonds Professor in the Education and Social Policy and Education Statistics and Research Methods programs in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Delaware. She studies education policy effects on leaders, teachers and students, with a focus on how to shape and implement teacher professional learning to improve instruction and enhance student learning.
